Thank you for booking a shoot with Above & Beyond Real Estate Photography.
Check this FAQ list before the shoot, and call or text me at (772) 215-1892 if you still have questions that have not been answered here.

How Long Does a Shoot Take?

There are many variables which may affect the duration of your shoot.

Below is a guideline, but keep in mind these are just estimates. Please let me know in advance when booking your shoot if there are any factors that may add to our shoot duration including whether your listing is vacant, occupied, or tenant-occupied, if pets, elderly, or children will be present, or if there will be significant staging done during the shoot.

 

• Base Package - 45 minutes

• Base Package + Drone Photos - 1 hour

• Base Package + Drone Photo & Video + 4K Walkthrough Video Tour - 1.5 hours

When Will I Receive the Photos / Video?

I strive to deliver the results of your shoot 24 hours after the shoot end time. However, some factors may contribute to the time I will need to process and edit your photos. Exceptions to 24-hour delivery including but not limited to:

• Over 30 photos total (36-72 Hour delivery depending on quantity.)

• Narrated video tours (48-72 Hour delivery.)

• Virtual Staging (48-72 Hour delivery.)

• Overcast, rainy, and other uncontrollable weather conditions. (48-72 Hour delivery.)

• Last minute rescheduling of the shoot. While I may be able to accommodate the shoot, I also must prepare for editing time.

I can accommodate any deadline with advance notice!

Please let me know when you are booking the shoot if you are "in a pinch."

How Do I Prepare for my Shoot?

I recommend that you are involved in your sellers getting ready process.

Final preparations should be done in the 15 minutes leading up to your shoot time.

 

While I don't mind helping you put finishing touches together, there are additional fees for significant staging

which adds time and / or stress to the shoot.

I will provide a checklist included in your shoot confirmation email which breaks down the preparation process room-by-room. Each shoot is unique and you may have questions along the way, even after reading the check list.

What Are Your Hours / Availability?

While you may catch me via text, call, or email before or after hours, my official hours of operation are as follows,

Office Hours:

• Monday - Friday 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM

• Saturday 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM

• Sunday Closed

The best time to get in touch with me for scheduling questions and special requests are before and after my shoot hours below.

​

Shooting times vary on the season. These are my my general shooting times. There will always be exceptions.

These do not include twilight shoots, which are custom to each shoot.

Shoot Hours:

• Winter 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM

• Spring 10:30 AM to 4:30 PM

• Summer 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM

• Fall 10:30 AM to 4:30 PM

How Many Photos Will I Receive?

The base package includes 15 interior and exterior photos from the ground and is designed for rental listings and small 1 bedroom listings.

I will automatically take a reasonable amount of photos unless you specifically request otherwise.

​

Below is a guideline based on the shoots I've performed over the last 5 years. A pool will typically add 2 photos to these counts.

​

• 1 Bedroom, 1 or 2 bathrooms, under 1500 sq/ft - 15 photos

• 2 Bedrooms, 1 or 2 bathrooms, around 1700 sq/ft - 20 photos

• 3 Bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2000 sq/ft+ - 25 photos

• 4 Bedrooms, 3000 sq/ft+ - 30 photos or more

• Luxury listings highlighting upgraded finishes can easily be 50 photos + (People don't read, but they scroll through photos! It is very worth it to take a dedicated photo of that gas range, Visual Comfort chandelier, or Wolf appliances.)
