CHANGING, RESCHEDULING, OR CANCELLING YOUR APPOINTMENT

Changes or cancellations require notice made at least 1 business day in advance. Notice may be sent by email to info@photographybydelia.com or text to (772) 215-1892.​
 

On-site requests to add services to the appointment may not be accommodated. If a change can be made, an additional fee of 15% of the cost of the added service will be applied.

Cancellations made within 1 business day will require full payment of the services booked.

STAGING FEES

Small adjustments to staging is naturally included as part of the appointment. A check list to help prepare a lived-in home for photography is included in every confirmation email.

 

Staging services, including advice, moving small furniture and decluttering, begin at $35 with no limit. I reserve the right to decline to touch or move anything. If I deem a home unsafe or unfit to shoot, it will be considered a cancellation.

Terms & Conditions

Above & Beyond Photography Inc. owns the copyright to all media taken and created for its Clients. It is Above & Beyond Photography Inc.'s default policy to lease the rights to the images taken for the Client indefinitely, for use in print, online, and any other marketing purposes that the Client sees fit. This does not include resale for profit and or commercial use. ​

Above & Beyond Photography will always notify the hiring Client of requests to use media by other parties. Non-response from the hiring Client will not prevent sharing of the license with a third party, although the hiring Client's preference is honored in almost every circumstance. Exclusive licenses and transfer of copyright are available upon request for an additional cost.

The Client is responsible for obtaining all permissions, permits, and authorizations to photograph at the requested location(s) and agrees to hold the Photographer harmless from any claims resulting from a failure to secure proper permissions.

It is the Photographer's policy to protect confidentiality of the photographs until after the real estate sales listing has gone live. The photographer retains all rights to the photographs. The Client may not distribute the rights to use photos to any third party (e.g. the builder, architect, or publications) without the Photographer's express written permission with the exception of Real Estate Listing Services (MLS).

 

Photographic and audiovisual works produced by Delia Von Rohrscheidt shall not be presented in the same context as media created by another photographer or videographer. "Same context" refers to a single post, listing, gallery, carousel, or other combined digital or print presentation in which works from multiple creators appear together.
