NEED TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE?

Stuff happens, I understand. Let me know 24 hours before your scheduled shoot time to avoid any penalties. Cancellations within 24 hours will be billed for the total amount of the shoot without any additional photos or edits (virtual twilight, virtual staging, etc.) Cancellations for Monday photoshoots must be made by 3:00pm Saturday.

ADDING ADDITIONAL SERVICES ON-SITE

Services added on-site are placed at the end of the queue, so please ask if you have a deadline to meet. Generally, you can assume 3-5 business turnaround time for services not planned for in advance.

STAGING FEES

I provide photography services. I'm happy to assist with light staging when it's reasonable and does not interrupt the flow of your shoot. Major staging services, including moving small furniture and decluttering, begin at $35 with no limit. It is up to my discretion if I am comfortable and I reserve the right to decline to touch or move anything. If I deem a home unsafe or unfit to shoot, it will be considered a cancellation and is subject to fees.

Terms & Conditions

Above & Beyond Photography Inc. owns the copyright to all media taken and created for its Clients. It is Above & Beyond Photography Inc.'s default policy to lease the rights to the images taken for the Client indefinitely, for use in print, online, and any other marketing purposes that the Client sees fit. This does not include resale for profit and or commercial use.

Above & Beyond Photography will always notify the hiring Client of requests to use media by other parties. Non-response from the hiring Client will not prevent sharing of the license with a third party, although the hiring Client's preference is honored in almost every circumstance. Exclusive licenses and transfer of copyright are available upon request for an additional cost. 

Above & Beyond Photography Inc. does NOT outsource part or any of its editing processes with the exception of Virtual Staging services. Artists who work on Virtual Staging projects are vetted and held to the same policies and standards outlined above.

Billing & Payment Policies

First-Time customers may be required to pay a deposit in advance.

This deposit will be redeemed toward the total shoot amount.

For customers who are opted-in to billing after photo delivery, the amount due will be automatically processed to the billing method on file in 5+ business days from the shoot, unless otherwise expressed in writing.
